Can I bring the leads from my current CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current CRM and upload it. We match your columns to ours and remember the match for next time, show you the rows missing a name or phone so you can fix them without touching the file, and tell you which leads you already have before anything imports.
Do I need a separate dialer or phone system?
No. Your business number lives in EZ Leads: power dialer with call scripts, two-way texting with MMS, text blasts and voicemail — one login, one timeline per lead. Carrier A2P registration, the paperwork that makes business texting deliverable, is handled inside the app.
Is this actually TCPA-safe?
Every lead arrives with its consent text, checkbox and timestamp attached, DNC exemptions are tracked per number with their expiry, and Echo will not text a number without consent on file. You can see the trail on any lead.
What does Echo actually do?
Echo replies to inbound texts in your voice, keeps the thread going, books onto your calendar, and hands the lead to you when they ask for a call, a price or a person. Anything bigger — sending a batch, buying a number, publishing an automation — it proposes and you confirm.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Every lead is a record in your account that exports as a CSV whenever you like — including after you cancel. No contract, no setup fee, nothing to unwind.
